By checking the box next to this Terms of Use and clicking the “Complete Order” button, you, the purchaser of the IG Money Mastery Program (hereinafter “you” or “Customer”), agree to voluntarily enter into a legally binding Agreement with Her Influence Academy (hereinafter “Her Influence Academy” or “Her Influence”), inclusive of the following terms and conditions:

Program Purchase
For good and valuable consideration of four hundred ninety-seven U.S. Dollars ($497), Customer is electing to purchase the IG Money Mastery Program (hereinafter “IG Money Mastery” or “Program”). In exchange, Her Influence Academy agrees to provide the services outlined in the Program Details below.

Program Outline
Customer agrees and understands that he/she is purchasing the IG Money Mastery Program, an online course designed to teach strategies for growing and monetizing Instagram®️ accounts. Created by social media expert Chanel Richie, IG Money Mastery is a comprehensive program for achieving social media goals.

Customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the Program Outline and understand what is included in IG Money Mastery, as well as what is not included. Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as the general policies and procedures found on Her Influence Academy’s website.

Non-Disclosure
Customer understands that participation in IG Money Mastery provides access to various trade secrets and intellectual property of Her Influence Academy, including verbal advice, written templates, and business strategies. Customer agrees not to share, copy, or distribute any proprietary information obtained through IG Money Mastery. Using the content as their own or repurposing it for sale without express written permission from Her Influence Academy is prohibited.

Testimonials
Customer agrees that any positive feedback or testimonials provided may be used by Her Influence Academy for promotional purposes. Her Influence Academy may use, publish, and distribute this material without compensation to Customer.

Payment
Customer agrees to render payment of four hundred ninety-seven U.S. dollars ($497) up front, in full, via credit card on Her Influence Academy’s sales and checkout page for IG Money Mastery. Customer may opt to use a “Buy Now, Pay Later” option through a third-party payment processor if available. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Refund Policy
Due to the informational nature of the product, all purchases are final. No refunds will be granted.

Voluntary Participation
Customer understands and agrees that they are voluntarily choosing to enroll in IG Money Mastery and are solely responsible for any outcomes or results. Her Influence Academy is not responsible or liable for any injuries, harm, or negative ramifications that may result from Customer’s participation in IG Money Mastery.

Customer Behavior
Customer is expected to maintain a positive and supportive attitude within the IG Money Mastery community. Any false or disparaging comments made about the Program, Her Influence Academy, or its members may result in removal from the Program and all related communities without a refund.

Disclaimer
Her Influence Academy cannot guarantee specific results or financial outcomes from participation in IG Money Mastery. Customer agrees to hold Her Influence Academy harmless if the desired results, including Instagram growth or financial gains, are not achieved.

By completing this purchase, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
